WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
Orders valued under R650 will have a courier charge of R75. Orders over R650 will be shipped free of charge. For added convenience, Gift Spot (t/a Gadgetize) offers multiple delivery options:

  • Courier home deliveries for R75.
  • Collection from Pargo for R70.
  • Collection from a PUDO or Bobbox locker closest to you for R60.

 Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the size of the items, with larger items potentially incurring a slight surcharge. However, all orders above R650 qualify for free delivery or collection, regardless of the delivery method.

PROCESSING TIME:
We aim to process your order within 1 business day to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery to main cities typically takes 1 to 3 working days, while regional or outlying areas usually take 3 to 5 working days. The delivery timeframe depends on logistics and your delivery location. If you need your order urgently, please call us after placing your order, and we will do everything we can to assist.

WHAT ADDRESSES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We only ship orders to physical addresses (no post boxes). Please make sure that the delivery address is accurately captured, and that someone is present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. We recommend using your work address for deliveries.

Yes, we are 100% CPA compliant.

HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?

If, for any reason, you would like to return your product, please contact us with your details, and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no expense to you.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange subject to the following:

  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Product must be in original condition and packaging
  • Refunds will only be given within 30 days of purchase
  • We may deduct a fair shipping and handling fee from refunds, as per the CPA and ECTA.

If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please return it and if it is still under warranty it will be repaired or replaced as deemed fit by the manager subject to reasonable wear and tear.
